NOTES

As the episode begins, ASTROTRAIN, BLITZWING and STARSCREAM are seen firing away at a mountainside, creating a virtual Mount Decepti-more that includes the likeness of MEGATRON.

A very unusual project for me, as it needed to be made more abstract than most icons, whose lines and details are very clear cut. Simulating rock was certainly a new thing for me to tackle, but I think it turned out fairly serviceable, actually.

The way you did this was excellent the shadings look real good for rock detail.

How did you manage to do it?

Thanks a lot, J. :-)

It was kind of a dreaded project, this one. I knew that I had to think in more abstract terms, but not quite how to achieve the effect until I realized I had to sort of erase most of the lines and indicate as much as possible through shading. Trial and error, really. :-)

I'm trying to do as many variations as possible, so if Megatron gets the rock treatment, they all do.
